1.配電箱配置體系規矩 常設(she)(she)用電的(de)配電箱(xiang)裝置需滿意以(yi)下準則(ze)。 (1)配電箱(xiang)、開(kai)關(guan)箱(xiang)應裝設(she)(she)在(zai)干燥(zao)、通(tong)風(feng)及(ji)常溫場(chang)合(he)。不(bu)得裝設(she)(she)在(zai)有(you)(you)重大(da)傷害作用的(de)瓦斯(si)、煙氣、蒸(zheng)汽、液體及(ji)其余有(you)(you)害介質中。也不(bu)得裝設(she)(she)在(zai)易(yi)受(shou)外來固體物撞(zhuang)擊、強烈振動、液體浸濺及(ji)熱源烘烤的(de)場(chang)合(he)。配電箱(xiang)、開(kai)關(guan)箱(xiang)四(si)周(zhou)應有(you)(you)足夠兩人同時工作的(de)空間,其四(si)周(zhou)不(bu)得堆(dui)放(fang)有(you)(you)礙操作、維修的(de)物品。
(2)配(pei)電箱(xiang)、開關箱(xiang)裝置要端(duan)正、堅固,挪(nuo)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)的(de)(de)箱(xiang)體應裝設在堅固的(de)(de)支架(jia)上。固定(ding)式(shi)配(pei)電箱(xiang)、開關箱(xiang)的(de)(de)下(xia)皮與(yu)地(di)面的(de)(de)垂直(zhi)間隔應大于(yu)(yu)1.3m,小于(yu)(yu)1.5m。挪(nuo)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)調配(pei)電箱(xiang)、開關箱(xiang)的(de)(de)下(xia)皮與(yu)地(di)面的(de)(de)垂直(zhi)間隔為0.6-1.Smo配(pei)電箱(xiang)、開關箱(xiang)采取鐵板或(huo)絕緣(yuan)資料制(zhi)造,鐵板的(de)(de)厚(hou)度應大于(yu)(yu)重O.Smm
(3)分級分路規矩:
①分(fen)級(ji)分(fen)路(lu)規(gui)矩請求。所謂(wei)分(fen)級(ji)分(fen)路(lu)規(gui)矩,就是常設(she)(she)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)設(she)(she)計從(cong)一級(ji)總(zong)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(柜)向若(ruo)干調配電(dian)(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)配電(dian)(dian)(dian),而后再從(cong)調配電(dian)(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)向若(ruo)干開關(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)。每(mei)一個開關(guan)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)只(zhi)能連接把(ba)持一臺用電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備(bei)或一組不超(chao)過30.A.負荷(he)的器。在三(san)級(ji)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)體系中,用電(dian)(dian)(dian)設(she)(she)備(bei)均不得(de)越級(ji)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
②分(fen)(fen)級分(fen)(fen)路規矩優(you)點重要表當初三(san)個方(fang)面:a.有利(li)于(yu)配(pei)電(dian)體系停、送電(dian)的保險操作;b.有利(li)于(yu)配(pei)電(dian)體系考試、變革、拆(chai)除時有效斷電(dian),并將(jiang)斷電(dian)范疇縮(suo)至,c.有利(li)于(yu)進步(bu)配(pei)電(dian)體系故障(zhang)維護的堅固性(xing)。 2.配(pei)置接線體系設計(ji)

①總配電(dian)箱的(de)留神事項:a總配電(dian)箱(柜尺寸不(bu)(bu)應(ying)(ying)小(xiao)于70cm170cm)(寬(kuan)長));b.應(ying)(ying)設(she)在(zai)用電(dian)設(she)備(bei)集中的(de)區域,箱體(ti)鋼(gang)板厚度不(bu)(bu)小(xiao)于1.5 mm;c.配電(dian)箱箱體(ti)、箱門(men)、金屬箱體(ti)裝置板通(tong)過(guo)PE線(xian)(xian)端子板與PE線(xian)(xian)做電(dian)氣聯結,d.總配電(dian)室尺寸應(ying)(ying)不(bu)(bu)小(xiao)于3m3m3m(長寬(kuan)高),配電(dian)柜柜門(men)宜距(ju)室門(men)1.5m且兩側應(ying)(ying)居中設(she)置,有(you)足夠的(de)空間跟(gen)通(tong)道;e.配電(dian)箱內(nei)末端多路出線(xian)(xian)應(ying)(ying)標(biao)識明白,門(men)外有(you)編名,門(men)內(nei)有(you)接線(xian)(xian)圖跟(gen)考試記錄。
②能(neng)源(yuan)調配(pei)箱留神事項::a.天職配(pei)箱實用于(yu)用電能(neng)源(yuan)調配(pei)箱,電箱尺寸不(bu)應小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)S5om70om(寬長);b.應設在用電設備集中的(de)區域,箱體鋼(gang)板(ban)厚(hou)度不(bu)小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)1.5mm;c調配(pei)箱箱體、箱門(men)、金屬箱體裝置板(ban)通過PE線(xian)(xian)(xian)端子(zi)板(ban)與(yu)(yu)(yu)PE線(xian)(xian)(xian)做(zuo)電氣聯結,箱體與(yu)(yu)(yu)箱門(men)采取編(bian)織(zhi)軟銅線(xian)(xian)(xian)電氣聯結;d.調配(pei)箱與(yu)(yu)(yu)開關箱的(de)間隔(ge)應小(xiao)(xiao)于(yu)30m,有(you)足(zu)夠的(de)空間跟通道(dao),e.調配(pei)箱內(nei)末端多路出線(xian)(xian)(xian)應標識明白,門(men)外有(you)編(bian)名,門(men)內(nei)有(you)接線(xian)(xian)(xian)圖跟考試記錄(lu)。
③調配(pei)(pei)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)留神事(shi)項:a.天職配(pei)(pei)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)實用于(yu)電(dian)調配(pei)(pei)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang),電(dian)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)尺寸不(bu)應小于(yu)55cm70cm(寬長));b.設(she)在用電(dian)設(she)備(bei)集中的(de)(de)(de)區(qu)域,箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)鋼(gang)板厚度不(bu)小于(yu)1.5mm;c.調配(pei)(pei)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)、箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)門、金屬箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)裝(zhuang)置板通過PE線(xian)端子板與PE線(xian)做電(dian)氣聯(lian)(lian)結(jie),箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)體(ti)與箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)門采取編織軟銅線(xian)電(dian)氣聯(lian)(lian)結(jie),d.調配(pei)(pei)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)與開關箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)(de)間隔應小于(yu)30m,有足夠的(de)(de)(de)空間跟(gen)通道(dao),e.調配(pei)(pei)箱(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)內末端多路出線(xian)應標識明白,門外有編名,門內有接線(xian)圖跟(gen)考(kao)試(shi)記錄。
④開關(guan)箱(xiang)的(de)留神事項:a.實用于(yu)(yu)(yu)大于(yu)(yu)(yu)3.OkW三相(xiang)用電能(neng)源跟設備;b.應遵(zun)守一機一箱(xiang)準則,箱(xiang)體鋼(gang)板(ban)厚度不小于(yu)(yu)(yu)1.2mm;c.開關(guan)箱(xiang)箱(xiang)體、箱(xiang)門、金屬箱(xiang)體裝置板(ban)通(tong)過PE線端子(zi)板(ban)與(yu)PE線做電氣聯結,箱(xiang)體與(yu)箱(xiang)門采取編織軟銅線電氣聯結,d.開關(guan)箱(xiang)與(yu)固定設備的(de)水平間(jian)隔應小于(yu)(yu)(yu)30m,有足夠的(de)空間(jian)跟通(tong)道(dao)。
