高壓配電柜操(cao)作規程規定(ding)(ding)與改善規定(ding)(ding)
高壓配電柜與開(kai)關箱的(de)安全管理(li)(control)規定(ding)
1.施工工地底壓供配電系統應設定總配電箱、分配電(dian)箱(xiang)和(he)開關箱(xiang),推行三級配電(dian)設備。
2.總配(pei)電箱(xiang)應挨近開關電源。分(fen)配(pei)電箱(xiang)應安置(zhi)在用電量機(ji)器設備(bei)(equipment)相對性集中(zhong)化的地域。
3.工(gong)程施工(gong)用電(dian)(dian)量驅動(dong)力(li)(power)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)與(yu)照明燈具配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)宜分箱設(she)定,當合置(zhi)在同(tong)一箱里時,驅動(dong)力(li)與(yu)照明燈具配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)設(she)備(bei)應分開(kai)設(she)定。
4.高壓配電柜、開關箱(xiang)應選用厚(hou)鋼板(薄厚(hou)為(wei)1.2~2.0mm)或阻攔(lan)點(dian)燃絕(jue)緣層(insulated)原材料制做。
5.高壓(ya)配電柜、開關箱(xiang)中安(an)置的電源總開關,應(ying)具備過流保護、負(fu)載(overload)維(wei)護作用,其額定(ding)電流(rated value)和動作滅(mie)磁值應(ying)兩者之間(jian)負(fu)載相一致。
6.總配電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang)(分(fen)配電(dian)(dian)箱(xiang))、開關箱(xiang)中務必安置漏電(dian)(dian)保護器,其額定(ding)值(zhi)漏電(dian)(dian)動作主要參數的(de)挑選應遵循以下(xia)要求:
(1)總配電(dian)箱內的漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)保護器額定值漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)流(Electron flow)應(ying)是50~100mA,額定值漏(lou)(lou)電(dian)動(dong)作(zuo)時間(jian)應(ying)超過0.1s。
(2)開關箱(xiang)內(nei)的漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)保護(hu)器額(e)定(ding)值(zhi)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(Electron flow)不(bu)可超(chao)過30mA,額(e)定(ding)值(zhi)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)應(ying)低(di)于(yu)0.1s;應(ying)用于(yu)濕冷(leng)場地時(shi),其(qi)額(e)定(ding)值(zhi)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流不(bu)可超(chao)過15mA,額(e)定(ding)值(zhi)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)應(ying)低(di)于(yu)0.1s。
針對配(pei)電(dian)設(she)備直流變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(標準(zhun)氣壓(ya)自變(bian)量)器(qi)容積在(zai)(zai)100kV·A及左右的配(pei)電(dian)箱(xiang)體(BOX),在(zai)(zai)箱(xiang)里(li)熱管散(san)熱(Dissipate heat)窗靠外壁處(chu),應考慮到(consider)到安裝溫度(du)控制汽(qi)車繼電(dian)器(qi)(JU-3型(xing)或JU-4袖珍(zhen)型(xing)溫度(du)(temperature)汽(qi)車繼電(dian)器(qi))和(he)軸(zhou)流式風機(ji)(全(quan)名(ming):軸(zhou)流式通風機(ji)),安裝在(zai)(zai)操縱(control)家用(yong)電(dian)器(qi)板上邊(bian)左邊(bian)面的殼(ke)體上,便于使箱(xiang)里(li)溫度(du)做到一定值時(如40℃)能(neng)全(quan)自動起動排風扇,強制排出來發熱量(Heat)令其殼(ke)體熱管散(san)熱.
改(gai)善原配電(dian)箱(xiang)的電(dian)力電(dian)容器(qi)組的布線(xian)方法,將(jiang)其安(an)裝(zhuang)部位(position )由直流接(jie)觸器(qi)(contactor)上樁頭,改(gai)為接(jie)進配電(dian)箱(xiang)底壓(ya)三相五線(xian)與(yu)計量表計中(zhong)間。避(bi)免(mian)因(yin)運(yun)作中(zhong)電(dian)容電(dian)源電(dian)路產生斷相常見故障或電(dian)容毀(hui)壞(huai)時(shi),導致計量檢定(ding)設備計量檢定(ding)不。除此之外(wai),電(dian)容挑選型號規(gui)格應是BSMJ產品(pin)(pin)系列(product),以確保元器(qi)件品(pin)(pin)質靠譜、安(an)全性運(yun)作。
采用(yong)環保(bao)(bao)型(xing)直(zhi)流(liu)接(jie)觸器(qi)(contactor)(相近CJ20SI型(xing))商(shang)品(product),并留意(yi)直(zhi)流(liu)接(jie)觸器(qi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(winding)工作電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓與(yu)選定(ding)剩作電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(Electron flow)動作保(bao)(bao)護器(qi)的(de)相對性(xing)應接(jie)線(xian)端子(zi)排相接(jie),留意(yi)開展恰當的(de)負荷配(pei)對。挑(tiao)選直(zhi)流(liu)接(jie)觸器(qi)時,應取用(yong)其(qi)阻燃等級(Grade)為A級及左右商(shang)品,務(wu)必確保(bao)(bao)其(qi)主控制(zhi)回路接(jie)觸點的(de)額(e)定(ding)值(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)應超過或(huo)相當于被操縱(control)的(de)路線(xian)的(de)負載電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。交流(liu)接(jie)觸器(qi)的(de)磁(ci)鐵線(xian)圈(quan)額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)為380V或(huo)220 V,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)容許在額(e)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)80%~105%范圍之內應用(yong)。
剩下(xia)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(Electron flow)動(dong)作保(bao)(bao)護器的(de)采用(yong)。務必采用(yong)合乎GB 6829《剩下(xia)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作保(bao)(bao)護器的(de)一般(ban)規(gui)(gui)定》規(gui)(gui)范、并且經過(guo)我國電(dian)(dian)焊工產品(pin)質量認證(zheng)聯合會驗證(zheng)達標的(de)商品(pin)。可采用(yong)相近LJM(J)系列(lie)產品(pin)省電(dian)(dian)型、且是低敏感度(du)(Sensitivity)的(de)廷時(shi)型保(bao)(bao)護器。保(bao)(bao)護器設備(bei)的(de)方(fang)法要符合GB13955-2005《剩下(xia)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)動(dong)作保(bao)(bao)護器的(de)安(an)裝(zhuang)和運作》規(gui)(gui)范。漏電(dian)(dian)保(bao)(bao)護器的(de)開斷時(shi)間,當漏電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)為額(e)定值漏電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)時(shi),其(qi)動(dong)作時(shi)間不可超過(guo)0.2s。
